Join us in our travels as fulltime RVers. We joined the ranks of fulltiming RVers

Although our travels started in 2007, our fulltime living in our motorhome
actually began in 2006 and our volunteer experiences began in 2005. Below
was our summer home at Little Pines campground on Lake Hinkle, just west of
Waldron, Arkansas. This was our second year as camp hosts for the Forest
Service.

Volunteering as campground hosts in the summer of 2007. We returned to
Lassen in the summer of 2008 as campground hosts at the Manzanita Lake
Campground.

We started 2009 waiting not so patiently for the arrival or
our first grandson. Aaron was born on January 20th. After
his arrival, we traveled south and spent the next three
months at Laguna Atascosa National Wildlife Refuge in
south Texas. In mid April, we started north again with a trip
through Arkansas, then it was on to Alaska for the
summer. Along with sightseeing throughout the state, we
also volunteered at Tetlin National Wildlife Refuge near
Tok, Ak. For more on our 2009 travels, see our 2009
